Once you have a Master's, a doctorate is pretty much free. you get sponsorship from the school, are allowed to teach and they pay you for your dissertation.

Also, it's for people who come from a life where they could already afford to have not worked well into their 40's.

It’s a classic case of not giving the full picture, making the stats misleading (whether intentional or not).

If vaxx rates were already very high for Ph.D. holders, reducing rates of hesitancy becomes difficult as a percentage.

Similarly, it’s easier to reduce hesitancy rates for high school diploma or less, because the rate was so high to begin with.

Math is tricky.
