Liking Abby more & more for call ups. Can send down Bones if OJ starts & get him game action. Recall when he’s back in given they platoon at the start or OJ earns it over him. Cap accrues I think.

I do think Petey and Hughes will be signed with Canucks but if the team did go off the grid they could make a lot of changes.

I think a team like Mtl would give up KK a first round pick and Romanov . I am not an Eichel fan so I would look at other things first.

I think Bones beats out OJ but if they’re platooned or OJ impresses Green I only meant Bones can shuttle to Abby & play if both teams playing on the same night at home or if Canucks have an off night on a home stand since Bones doesn’t need waivers. Aka or not sitting in the press box. Gets Bones more playing time. Develop both & max out options.

Looking at salaries league wide you can only carry so many high priced players per team on the flat cap. I think at least two have to go in a few years . If you are going to have Petey Hughes OEL and Brock all sitting around 8 mil. then it does not leave a lot left for Bo and JT or someone.

I took it further & looked ahead to future UFA’s & didn’t delve too deep but didn’t care for any of them other than maybe Parayko & maybe the odd other one.
