Depends on how loud you wanna get. You can get great tones out of combos. But you just can't get to 11 without a head and cab.

True. The new combo is only 40w but looks promising. The guy from Peavey that Eddie brought in to design the original 5150 series is back for this run and his tone is killer. But yes very tough to beat head and cabs for punch and sustain.

It was more like a fact finding mission. To see if I could have a little fun and expose who's alt it is. Hate is usually the most direct way to the essence of the being. I'm pretty sure I got what I needed but I'm experiencing a letdown for some reason today.
