If he gets a return from Anaheim that doesn't include Zegras or Drysdale, we shouldn't assume he overplayed his hand, as maybe that return was never available.

I really don't think so, I still think he gets a decent return for Eichel it's just when it happens. They have to figure out this medical stuff, it's not helping either side.

Do you have any minor league D pushing for time? I already see you have a top 6. You want Graves/ Sieg and Smith in there over Butcher. Also saves your owner 3.1M. All of those factors could be important. You don't want to be paying all that money for a 6/7.
