Pratt reminded me of James Patrick.

Old and slow but knew the angles.

I never liked the hire
- homiedclown

I'll admit , I liked the out of the box thinking.

Where's sbroads...

I liked most of the hires:

Ted 2
Bylsma (after we missed on babcack)
Not phail lousley
Ralph.

I'm an optimist like taco and baller....

You are a middle-aged social-worker who regularly posted racist rants until this blog stopped being a conservative stronghold, thanks in no part to people like me.

You also think that other men think about you when they are away from this place, as evidenced by your "I live in your head rent free" comments that you regularly make as an attempt to gain the upper-hand in any flimsy argument you try to partake in. You, lacrup, RacistDan, you all seem to be obsessed with the thought of other men incessantly thinking about you in their free time.

Me telling you that it's kind of gay to post things like that isn't homophobia - I have shown no apprehension to engage with any of you despite your insistent come-ons and regular insults and verbal abuse, and very clear closet-homosexuality as exhibited by your numerous insecurities so often projected upon the pages of these blogs.

None of you actually try to engage with anyone and discuss hockey - You simply make racist, bigoted remarks and then call anyone who disagrees with you insults from 4chan and Web 1.0 that no one has used for years now but you somehow just discovered. Words like cuck, snowflake, libtard, etc...

You're old, you're pathetic, and your shtick is tired. No one cares about you. I don't need multiple accounts and I don't have multiple accounts.

I purchased a banned account from the owner of this site and created this one to honor the fallen comrades that your group of incel, neo-nazi, alt-right losers report and cry to the mods about when we post anything remotely controversial.

You guys know how to toe the line long enough to not get banned because you speak the fascist-tongue. Some of us don't give a God damn if we get banned or not because we don't base our value in the approval of people in a position of power.

Go ahead and report me. Go ahead and convince yourself that I think about you all the time. You are a pathetic loser and this country isn't yours anymore, so sit the (frank) down and get to the back of the line because you've had your turn. The demographics are out - This isn't a fat-white dude with a beard country anymore and no matter how much you seethe about libtards and snowflakes and immigrants, this is our country now and just be happy you're not being walked out back of the barn like that dog in Of Mice and Men, because you're very clearly suffering in a pit of misery and pain, screaming and howling into the wind because your mommy didn't hold you enough and your daddy didn't love you.

My biggest issue with your type is I actually feel bad for any family you may have Stockholm-syndromed into staying around with your systematic gas-lighting and abuse.

Get fuk'd.

That’s 100% incorrect
I said i was at a bar & “didn’t watch it closely”

And if u wanna talk about past things like that,
let’s keep it relevant….
Like how u liked the terrible ROR trade that brought us Tage in the first place 🤮🤮🤮

- jdfitz77

I said yesterday the trade to get ror was too early, 24 months too early

in the long run given how we suck, probably be a win for us if johnson is middle 4 d man and tage becomes that second line winger like I expect

and ror got the blues a cup

Strange that teams look for offense when drafting DEFENSEman.

The 5 man unit is important in today's NHL more than ever IMO

I liked the Ted Tank move and the Bylsma hire. Honestly don't remember if I liked the Housley move. I wanted Grönborg when they hired Krueger but I thought Krueger was a better choice than a retread.

Analytics back in. As Ristos ice time decreased, his metrics got much much worse.

scoreboard back in Buffalo sucked every season with Risto on their roster

7 goals and 5 assists over the last 23 games which translates to 20-25 goals and 40-45 points in a full season

he is trending up

- homiedclown

In meaningless games.... Can he compete when teams aren't playing us at half speed?

He also played next to rookie partners who would have been playing in the AHL on most teams in Bryson and Samellsson and mentored them along with playing in front of AHL goalies.

Looks like we were on the same page across the board.

I remember " bring me the beard" 😀😀😀

Ted2 had them playing tough. Tried to ruin the tank.
Bylsma-knee jerk reaction to bring in a Stanley cup coach
Phail - up and coming , former blue and gold
Krueger- something different, new set of 👀

Him punching the table and freaking out after a caller called the two of them a couple of f****t’s because they were both wearing pink suits was still the best.

Followed by the time a caller on air called Zhitnik a pvssy and he lost it ranting how this is why we can’t do live TV.

I did some digging yesterday on Tage's advanced metrics with and without Krueger... and he wasn't much different. At least, that's my perception. Donnie just got more out of him, and got him on the score sheet. He was still a floor mat for other teams when it came to driving offense and preventing opposing offense.

Risto dragged down the performance of everyone he played with for 8 years rookie or non-rookie.

They could have stashed him at the concession stand and that male/female would have sold less popcorn, peanuts, and beers than all of the others.

He requested trades year after year and put up terrible results year after year yet its “Reinhart is soft/inconsistent”, “Eichel isn’t good enough”, “ROR isn’t good enough”, “McCabe rides his coattails”.

Funny thing is Risto’s analytics get blamed on being on a bad team, yet Reinhart, Eichel, McCabe all have very good analytics. Do explain ?

In the year ROR lost his love for the game he posted a 98% WAR which pretty much shows the player that went to a good team the year after and won all of those personal awards.

The Sabres sucked because of playing really bad defenceman 25 minutes a night along with having shoddy goaltending until this past season.

Stop putting the cart before the horse. Every good player the Sabres have had good analytics despite the Sabres as a team sucking a$$

Strange because I thought both Bryson and samuelsson looked very good last season. (,good as rookies)

Samuelson could be that stay at home defenseman we're looking for. I have very high Hope's for him.

I'd like to see both guys in Rochester thru the trade deadline if possible.

Maybe miller, butcher or prysk get moved ......

Patrick went from being a higher scoring defenseman early in his career to being they wily vet that knew the angles and when he needed to drop back because his speed had long left him.

That and he still had a hell of a breakout pass.

Filip Cederqvist on the top line for Djurgadrens in the SHL. Eklund on the 2nd line. Do with that what you will. Eklund is 18, Ceder is 21 ('19 draft).

If Jack didn't have his best season as a pro under Ralph with 37 goals and the most points per game would we, as fans, and the Sabres as a team, be expecting as much in the return of a trade? Also, if Risto didn't have a good season under Ralph in Ralph's first year would they have gotten the 13th overall, 2nd round pick, and perhaps useful player? Would they have developed a Calder Candidate in Olofsson? Would Ullmark have had the year he did and developed? I read that no one ever produced under Ralph but many forget the first year and jump to the second conveniently which he deserved to be fired but to say no one EVER produced as is said and written is disingenuous. Maybe fans should be thanking Ralph a bit. Just because a few local media say something doesn't mean it is true. Mitts may not have developed and produced but he is not everyone.
