Got to be honest, what did u see on January 6th? I saw the weirdest event in a century. It looked more like a football tailgate to me combined with a half joking attempt at Bastille day. Insurrection attempt... I think not. Very hard for me to call it insurrection when most of the people were walking within the velvet ropes of the Capital Rotonda because they were on the best sight seeing tour ever.

Everyone knows what January 6th was: it was a middle finger to every liberal who smiled and laughed as black lives matter spread Covid and terror throughout the US in 2020. And another middle finger to those same liberals who foisted a pee pee dossier flag for two and half years trying to undermine the 2016 election.

You reap what you sew. How was that whirlwind on January 6th? No better image than pols on their knees crying and praying for police they hate to save them. Maybe they'll figure out next time the best response to terrorists isn't to paint their vitriolic scrawl on Pennsylvania Ave.

And I didn't vote in 2020 because none of them are worth my vote, but I damn sure enjoyed January 6th because any day a politician is scared for their life in America is a step in the right direction.

Tourists

It didn't have to be "centrally organized". There are hundreds if not thousands of protests each year. Many of them happen in Washington DC (March for Life, Women's March, etc.). Most of them end either without incident or with minor incidents. Some, however, just simply get out of hand. As simple as it sounds, it's not much different than a fight breaking out in a football game. It's more likely than not it was the case at the Capitol. The problem is, tribalism currently runs rampant in this country, so it becomes hard for some to believe. It's also not as interesting of a news story.

Right, and Blue Lives Matter....unless its the Capitol Police who got their heads kicked in, lost an eye, and got overran by "peaceful patriots" who bashed in windows, set up a gallows meant for Mike Pence, and ran through Capitol halls with zip ties. The bolded just indicates the level of immaturity in your gutless fake patriots' lust for blood when you don't get your way. To me, it's FAR different than violence stemming from people protesting the unjust killing of people of color.

One candidate lost an election by 8 million fracking votes, but somehow manages to convince millions that he really won without providing a shred of evidence. Who are the sheep?
