yeah hospitalisations and deaths are way down even if they numbers are up you have to factor that in also, right now the healthcare system can easily manage the numbers.

Add to that people in the US who will not take the vaccine, but ingest Ivermectin instead, a horse and cow dewormer, because they read on Facebook that it's effective against covid.

I ride my bike every day, but it's been (frank)ing hard this week. I did it anyway.

12-15km per day, I'm slowly getting better

Also went to Coin des Coureurs last week and bought a pair of New Balance. I intend to walk a lot and even start running if I can this fall.

Job now requires a negative COVID test every week for the unvaccinated if you want to go to the office (starting Nov 1st). Think we're about to lose a couple people...

I think without the Delta variant, kids would have started schools without masks.

It seems to affect kids a lot more than during the first wave. Pediatric hospitalizations are on the rise in the U.S.

A friend doctor of mine told me that she admitted 3 kids under 13 this week. Perfectly healthy. Chances are they'll survive but there are real long ass nasty effects.

Not everyone can work from home. Some need to be there (mostly production people). I'll be in the office 3 days/week.

Pretty much the same for mine, was supposed to be Sep 1st but now it's Nov 1st. If your job corresponds to certain criteria, you can choose to be at work part time or full time work from home.

An actual test? I had to fill out the online form every morning before work since 3 months in, but no actual proof needed. Even double vaccinated I still have to fill this crap out (takes 35 secs, but still).
