The skill and speed is what I think has really improved. Before you could always tell you were watching woman's hockey . It is really catching up .

I just don’t understand NHL general managers, I guess they just don’t really care about the long term effects of giving a 29 year old player an eight year contract, 29 when the contract kicks in, because most of them won’t be around to deal with the effects of it.
