Personally I try to stay far away from it as possible, but I will dip my toes in a conversation of Political or Covid related nature if something pisses me off enough.

its a loosing battle on both ends if you ask me. pro or anti vax, pro anti Trump/Biden.. nobody ever wins the battle of words..
