I'm enjoying all the levels to this.
It's no surprise that Friedman broke the agent switch story today after giving Eichel's camp some nice press with Dr. RG on the pod. Quid pro quo, Clarice. - Hank Balling
I agree, the squabbling and posturing is interesting. It just pisses me off because we're usually the ones that get screwed in the end. KA holding this long gives me hope. But guys like Friedman are loving it, gives them a column once a week it seems between full interviews.
As you said, I think this marks the end of the outbursts. Still, wish this wasn't looming still all the same. |

Which topic is that?
- Biden Sucks?
- Trump Sucks?
- Afganastan?
- US gives away Military Equipment all the time?
- Too Tall Tage Thompson can't skate, change direction but has a long wingspan so he must be good.
- Does Can'tSkate28 make it out of Training Camp, or does he merely take out the best player in Camp?
- Eichel won't fight Cozens?
- Sam sucks but Risto is great?
- Masks are for wussy's?
- Only sheep get the human C-19 Vax?
- Humans taking De-worming pills is better than drinking Bleech?
- Gov Hitler is the greatest and is just a warm-hearted Italian?
- Anderson is a bald, old, has been who will retire during 1st & 2nd intermission?
I'm confused.
Time to whip out one of my Alts I guess. - IonSabres

Thanks. I haven’t looked at TBN in 20 years. |

I'm still amazed that the Peters and Eichel handled this so badly that somehow the Sabres - who have a 10 year playoff drought - somehow read like the good guys in this story, even among Sabres fans who are ready to torch the Sabres whenever possible. It's actually incredible |

You are a brave man to chum these waters. I'll go reeed, but don't be surprised if there is a comments section war inspired from some of our ne'er-do-wells. |

It was a solid marketing move on his part. He will get more comments on that blog then his last 12 combined |

It was him playing in Boston IMO.
Him wanting out was accepted. His doctor and agent dunking on us about his dire need for surgery and ruining his career got some a little ticked, but it was still split. Him playing a couple days later lost him his credibility. |

There's no way. How close did the fans sit? Those mouth breathers must've been throwing the mason jar they were spitting in like a Molotov cocktail of tobacco juice off his shiny dome. |

I'm not home or near my computer right now but I'm pretty damn sure Patrick marleau is not under contract either. I might be wrong but I've been slightly having fun rebuilding all the rosters with the right amount of money for NHL 21 and Patrick's one-year deal ended again. But hey if the Sabres want to sell tickets maybe they can get him to come play here LOL. Have him here for breaking the record will at least fill the building for one night assuming that's a home game |

My statement and your statement are not mutually exclusive.
The Sabres should never need to trade him. They should also not want to have him here anymore.
What they're doing now is correct. Eichel hiring Brisson is a shot in the dark for a super agent to solve the cold (frank)ing war between the two parties. - TheSabresTaco
I'm going with Hank on this one.
Trading eichel makes 0 sense , without a good return.
Today, tommorow or 5 years from now.
As I've said before, it benefits the Sabres to wait and not have assets to win this season. |

If there was a poll among Sabres fans with a choice between:
"let him sit until the Sabres get what they want"
And
#freejack
I think let him sit wins by a mile. He is losing the PR war badly imo |

Who? … Who? And ok that’s a good start
Are any of those first two centers or RHD? |

Is tyler bass going to pull the ball left, even on the field goals he makes?
I appreciate the life lesson with the tickets coach☝️
I was able to save 8 with 20% down and keep the aisles seats in the 300's 🍺 |

@homiedclown
Switch out Erik brannstrom with the second guy you'd have a deal. Buffalo badly needs right defenseman that would check that box. Plus I am extremely fluent with almost every team's prospects and I never even heard of the second guy unless you're push-to-talk but some strange name in there. I suppose if he does exist he's in the two leagues that I usually don't look at too much Russia and the NCAA. Generally both leagues Prospect vanish for three years before they show up you have to try and remember how we got them in the first place. Not until recently have I started looking at the NCAA bit more with our goalie at Michigan and now Owen power and the last great hope for the O'Reilly trade Ryan Johnson. |

They are both losing in PR. If the second question in your poll is KA or an experienced GM handing this situation, it's a landslide as well. The problem is that one question is about petulance, the other about competence.

If the bolded is true, which means the Sabres will have wasted 5 years and at the end when he is a UFA; get zero, zip, zilch, nada in return...
Why did you fight me so hard that a Replacement Surgery is too risky ( right, lol) as it might make his trade value zero, zip, zilch, nada?
Doesn't reconcile Bossy34
If a good return is desired, Sabr es need to take on some minor risk. |
