As I’ve said previously.

We’ll pay for it on certain conditions.

The Pegulas pay for the upkeep on the facility.

They only get the gate and concessions money for NFL events.

All other events and parking revenue goes to the county to pay for the stadium.

Once paid for that portion becomes a tax break for Erie County taxpayers.

Or

Drill another well.
