I've got a $225 auction draft coming up. I'm debating my keeper. I've narrowed it down to Antonio Gibson for $1 or Davante Adams for $40. I can also keep Ridley for $17 but I'm thinking he's a third place vote. Let me hear your thoughts |

Who gets more regulation wins this season, the Sabres or the Kansas City Chiefs?
Remember, the NFL now has a 17-game season.

There is no way that the Chiefs have more wins. I like the Sabres more than most, but KC also has a brutal schedule.

in your format adams goes for about $52
ridley goes for about 38
gibson goes for about 38
just made changes in value as I am assuming you are ppr
https://www.fantasypros.c...ion-values/calculator.php
with your format I added roughly 10 percent based on your 225 budget vs 200
easy move, go for gibson and use the 37 in savings to get the other high end guys you want |

ridley is his second best value, but it's not close given gibson for a dollar |

I haven't given up on Skinner yet. Expecting him to bounce back under Granato. Also, the Mitts and Joker deals are fantastic. |

If there was one to bet on, it was Mitts, but the deal isn't bad. Glad not everyone thinks Skinner is washed up already. |

When Granato talks about the "psychological damage" he inherited, Skinner is posterboy #1. He's still one of the best skaters in the NHL. There's every reason to believe he'll rebound if given a chance |

I think you're probably right. Getting a Gibson is probably 30 plus, Adams might be up to 60. Keep Gibson and drafting Adams might be 61 total, but keeping Adams and drafting an RB2 is probably 70-80.

yeah it's not close
don't overthink it
get gibson for the dollar and then go get the top wr and top rb in your mind and build around those 3
I get it, gibson doesn't pass the wow factor and I see him as an rb 2 but your not getting james robinson (rb 20) for even 25 dollars as even he will go for around 30 |

What's the scoring? PPR? I'm in a league that's PPR and .5 point per rush. Makes RBs super valuable and changes the dynamic. Gibson for $1 seems good on face. Get a mid range RB2 and could even spend the difference on Adams if you really wanted |

Roll a D20, don't forget to calculate THACO, add your ability modifiers and nerd.
I can't say much about the characters you're talking about, but I know D&D talk when I hear it.

Eh. That's the best value, but I have always thought that "value" is the most over rated term used in fantasy football and drafting
The players who win you leagues are guys like Adams or Ridley who are leading the league in receiving and putting up 25-35 point weeks.
Not guys like Gibson
Just my .02 cents |

I drafted in legit the 5 or 6 spot in all 3 of my drafts
Ended up with Adams and Keenan Allen paired in 2 of them
Javontae Williams in all 3 and Claypool in 2
Tannehill is my QB in 2/3
Let's just say if I'm successful in 1, I should be good in all 3 |
