Incredible, right?
- Powerslave

Rochester needs to breed winners. Plain and simple.

Ahl system Guys need to Play a similar system so they can easily adapt to donnie's system once in buffalo. 1 game or permanently.

Seems like there's been a big disconnect starting with the gmtm phase.

The young guys already start the " wanting to get out of buffalo" stage after an apprenticeship in Rochester.

Eichel Update...
"The Kings also are VERY much all-in on Eichel." This from a highly trusted LA source...I am getting a sense that once Eichel has the surgery something could happen as soon as his rehab begins...

That Simpson article has seemed to put a little more oomph into these teams.

That $3M retained on Eichel trade proposal is laughable, has there EVER been 30% retention on a player with 5 years of term left on his contract?? Not that I can recall, when the Leafs traded Kessell they retained 18%, I don't see the Sabres retaining 30% on Eichel, they shouldn't unless said acquiring team compensates them for it with extra assets on top of the package sent for Eichel.

It's only ok? I don't think there's any way in hell they're getting as much as that posited offer.

I actually pulled an audible and kept ridley for 17. WRs were bloated.. Adams went for 73, Hopkins 62, Keenan Allen for 57.. RB2s like Gibson actually went for mid 20s to early 40s.

Drafted 11th in a 12 team league, snake draft. At 11, I picked Diggs. At 14, I picked Allen. Am i doing this right?

That looks pretty good there
If Cooper stays healthy, & CEH improves on last year, you very well could have a championship team

Might be the most balanced draft I've ever done. I didn't spend over 45 on a single player.

I agree.
$15M is almost double the most retained amount.

Find me more than 5 players that have been retained longer than 2 years.

Of those, here are the longest:
- Kessel, $1.2M for 7 years! ($8.4M total)
- OEL, $990k for 6 years ($5.9M total)
- Lucic, $750k for 4 years ($3M total)
- Tatar, $500k for 3 years ($1.5M total)
