But yeah no one that you'd really consider above average at best

I think taking a look at whatever the Browns had before Mayfield was pretty brutal. I think the Bills feel like it was worse than it actually was during the In Between (Kelly to Allen). Having guys like Fitz, Tyrod, Flutie, Bledsoe was different variations of fine and ok. Having guys like Manuel, Edwards, Losman and Johnson was like floating on the River Cocytus.
