You lucked out. The AA app was down, couldn't check in online. All but one kiosk was down at the airport and they had one teller working. The line spanned across the entire foyer. I think about 80 of us missed our flight to o'hare and another 80 missed their flight to Charlotte. AA refuses to do anything for anyone. That'll be the last time I fly with them. Went over to southwest and booked a 415pm flight out. Landed in MSP at 10:15 local time. 20 hours and $600 later.

AA sucks ........ Pre covid went on a european cruise. AA had a 4 hour delayed flight from BUF - philly. WE missed our only direct flight to barcelona even though I ran from the regional jet gate to the international terminate to try and get them to hold the plane. They didnt and were rude.

They sent us to portagual ...due to needing to cross the atlantic. The portagual airport was terrible. Portuagal to Barcelona. It took 20 hours They lost our luggage.... didnt get that till 2 days in.

Then on the way home from Rome ..... we waited 2 hours on the plane waiting for a slot to take off. Because AA was so late / delayed. That flight was already 11 hours long. So imagine sitting there for an extra 2 hours.

Then we got back to phillly. Philly to Buf .... we waited on the plane for 3 hours waiting to take off on the tarmac.

NEVER EVER again.

Wonder what the Oilers are going to do if they can't trade Koskinen. After signing Yam, LTIR Klefbom, and with a demotion to the AHL along with Lagesson, Oilers are still about 800k over.

I've got them at $1.5M over if Yamamoto signs for $3.3M.

They could send down another defenseman and forward, but that would put their roster at the bare minimum of 12 and 6, unless they waive Stalock too.

Quite a few suggested trading for Koskinen to gain an additional pick from Edmonton for helping their cap situation.

Sign up for the enterprise member deal if you haven't already. It takes all your info so you dont have to wait in line, just walk out and grab a car. Those rental car lines can really suck. Itll save a lot of time.

Granted I am used to changi airport (Singapore), Heathrow, Zurich and others

Granted most US airports suck compared to other major airports

Changi has waterfalls, gym, movie theater, pool and more

Even changi in 1996 is better than 2021 Newark.....not saying much but I found it the same with numerous other airports in the US (jfk, Miami, Orlando, O'Hare, and others)
