Oh, I don’t think it’s a health thing. Mini for instance is on record as eating way more cookies than is healthy. Sugar is a way worse drug than caffeine or alcohol.

Alcohol, Nicotine and Caffeine have to be the most commonly used drugs worldwide, with booze and smokes the most harmful.

Eating sugar releases opioids and dopamine in our bodies. Very similar to caffeine.

Just thinking about eating a donut gets your saliva glands active, your stomach moving, your anxiety levels up in anticipation of the “reward”. Fast foods do the same thing. And diabetes as a result for a large number of people, I’d say Sugar is the most dangerous food/drug. But I still eat it
