I think this might be an overgeneralization. I played Junior with one who is a Lawyer now and another I grew up with is a high ranking Exec. A couple of the smartest guys you'll meet.

The Conservatives only had about 1/3 of the popular vote, which means 2/3's of the country didn't vote for them.
The popular vote, under this system works in the Territories, where there is only 1 riding, the rest of the country, not so much.

More than that, if he gets COVID and infects his teammates and coaching staff, that's a huge competitive disadvantage for Columbus. There's a reason almost 90% of the league is fully vaccinated after the debacle of last year.

Personally I think if you are playing a contact sport, you should be vaccinated, or else your contract is null and void due to being unable to play. Forget suspensions and fines, if a player is unwilling to follow the rules, policies and best practices of the league then that to me is just cause for termination of their SPC.
