I think this is true for most people. I’ll joke about former this or that, but a player is either good or not, regardless of where they play/played. This team misses Tanev badly, but should have traded Markstrom. It is what it is.

Key to that was we still beat you, even if we didn't play to our potential. Treliving has done nothing but add Sutter boys to the lineup except maybe Coleman. Going to be a lot of face washing going on this year.

Flames had a disappointing season, almost as disappointing season as the Canucks did.
I'd expect them to be more entertaining this year with all the size added to the lineup. Nobodies taking liberties on McJohnny this year. A heathy Monahan will help improve the roster.
Sutter for all his faults is a no nonsense coach, he knows how to win and has probably never had a pumpkin spice latte.

Suuter knew how to win.
The game has changed.
Calgary lineup is worse this year than last imo.

The Conservatives only had about 1/3 of the popular vote, which means 2/3's of the country didn't vote for them.
The popular vote, under this system works in the Territories, where there is only 1 riding, the rest of the country, not so much.
