You are probably right. The kid should go to N. Korea, Vietnam, Cuba or China he can probs play there without being vaccinated.

Sucks about Wilde. I think it was an Athletic write-up that said he'd made some strides last season. It'd have been interesting to see how he stacked up against the other bubble prospects in camp. People on Twitter are being predictably nasty about it, like "good riddance!" and stuff like that (probably the same people who were overvaluing him in trade scenarios up until five minutes ago...), but I think it's just unfortunate. The Isles don't have many decent prospects to burn, so if they essentially lose one over this, it's, well, not great!

Did he have the Virus already and has natural immunity? Which is better than the vaccines obviously because even the vaccinated are afraid if an unvaccinated player comes to camp. Why, I guess the vaccines don't work. Natural immunity seems too but that isn't even in the discussion about immunity or the requirement of being vaccinated. Kid can't play hockey but thousands are coming into the country via Biden Town Tx. and are unvaccinated or tested for Covid and being let into the country.
I had it and did get vaccinated which was my choice not some dumb politician. I thought that's what this country was built on, "FREEDOM" I hate what this country has become. The hypocrisy is just ridiculous.

My opinion is Wilde's almost certainly better off getting vaccinated. If he doesn't, I'm not going to kick him down the stairs as he's walking out the door. I can understand why the rules for the team are what they are, and at the same time think it sucks if we lose a prospect that way.

All I know is that so far today I've eaten a bacon egg and cheese, a donut, leftover mac and cheese, and an Italian ice, and we're not even at dinner; so, while I have opinions like everyone else, I'm in no position to lecture anyone on health.
