Ironic.. when the Pens Troll was on our boards earlier I was going to mention Chara despite his age has certainly been able to stay a lot healthier than a few Penguins like Malkin. Hopefully, Chara can continue to be a work horse for one more year.. win the cup and walk away a champ.

My opinion is Wilde's almost certainly better off getting vaccinated. If he doesn't, I'm not going to kick him down the stairs as he's walking out the door. I can understand why the rules for the team are what they are, and at the same time think it sucks if we lose a prospect that way.

All I know is that so far today I've eaten a bacon egg and cheese, a donut, leftover mac and cheese, and an Italian ice, and we're not even at dinner; so, while I have opinions like everyone else, I'm in no position to lecture anyone on health.

Did he have the Virus already and has natural immunity? Which is better than the vaccines obviously because even the vaccinated are afraid if an unvaccinated player comes to camp. Why, I guess the vaccines don't work. Natural immunity seems too but that isn't even in the discussion about immunity or the requirement of being vaccinated. Kid can't play hockey but thousands are coming into the country via Biden Town Tx. and are unvaccinated or tested for Covid and being let into the country.
I had it and did get vaccinated which was my choice not some dumb politician. I thought that's what this country was built on, "FREEDOM" I hate what this country has become. The hypocrisy is just ridiculous.

Amen, There are many reasons for a person to not get the Vaccine. Especially a Healthy 20 year old athlete who has very little to fear from a Virus with a 99% survival rate. He could have family medical history that makes him not want to get the shot, He could have already been sick and has the antibodies, he could have had reactions to Flu shots in the past. ... The bottom line is this "vaccine" has not stopped people from getting the Virus. Forcing people to get it who are not high risk is just about Control.. period. The whole thing is very political at this point and has Zero to do with Science. it's disturbing .. truly.

If the vaccine prevented the spread of the virus they could have a point but it doesn’t so mandates make zero sense. There are some scientists that support the thought that vaccines contribute to variant proliferation. You won’t see that on the news though. I’m vaccinated. That was a personal choice but also mandated as soon as they were available due to my job which had nothing to do with these federal mandates.

Science in order to be real, vetted, and substantial needs to be debated to form a real hypothesis. This administration has done away with that. It’s believe THEIR science that makes little to no sense or be screamed at and called a conspiracy theorists. Whenever you have companies who are making a fortune controlling the "science" it shouldn't be trusted. I had the virus and still had to get the vaccine b/c of work mandates. It made zero sense to me but I did it anyway. I like to remind the woke idiots of when Tobacco companies pushed the Science constantly that said Nicotine was not an addictive drug it was only Habit forming. Same with the Opioid idiots who insisted that drugs like Vicadin were not addictive. They are currently getting sued for $26 billion dollars for pushing that crap on everyone.

The fact that anytime an Anti-viral drug seems to have some positive results for people with Covid is immediately shouted down from every news source on the planet should tell you all you need to know. All of these drugs have been used for Decades, were safe and are specifically Anti-viral drugs, but all of the sudden they are like going to a witch doctor and taking Horse pills. The big picture behind the vaccine is that there seems to be a marriage between Big Government and Corporate America. Cheap and effective therapies were shut down so we could get a vaccine. Now the 100k+ Afghan refugees are getting the therapies. You would think that money changed hands so that Big Pharma could push aside the therapies so that they could get their expensive vaccine out there.

The even bigger picture is that this looks like a huge wealth transfer from everyone else to the elite. Big box stores were open and thriving while small business and mom and pops got closed down,suffered and many went out of business. It doesn’t look like they want this to end by letting people breach the border and bringing in refugees who don’t have to be subject to the same rules. We’re in a world of trouble.
