Depends on the nurse and their qualifications / background / specialization. A pediatrist is a doctor, but would I really give equal weight to him on Covid than a virologist?

true. there are also huge differences between an actual nurse and an auxiliary one.

yup. not sure how exactly this doesn't go against certain rules, as you are supposed to be vaccinated to get in places like movie theatres and arenas, but if they can have him around for the moment then good for him I guess.
