We are one of the few teams in the league to have 3 conference final appearence since 2010.

I mean, I wish we had a powerhouse team with multiple cups as well but I'd say our results have been, overall, considerably more than mediocre.

I do agree with you and wish that when there is a deep draft coming up we play the kids and let them learn but then you get:
-brought so-and-so in too early
-left so-and-so to rot in the minors
-trade Price
-need to surround the kids
