This kinda busts Booner’s “other NHL teams are icing NHL rosters in pre-season” narrative… |

Better deals in Michigan and he can see his Wolverines all he wants . - VANTEL
You are being a bit hard on Quinnie, lately.😁 |

I said not all... and I also said revisit this after 3 or 4 games(meaning after some cuts) should I rewrite what you said? I can be ignorant as well but I would be pretending. |

If that's the case they can both get f*cked, let them stay in Wisconsin. - VanHockeyGuy
Absolutely. It would be hilarious if they were watching a game together and they got a call that one of them had been traded. GTFO and now you can’t be besties. They got the same agent? Wtf is that. You aren’t comparable players and you play different positions. Entitled little sh!ts |

You can't be happy with what happened with Hughes last year.

Always have said he is worth 5-6 mil , more than that he can take a hike.

I remember one day last year JTM told Schmidt to get the fuck away from him. He said I can't handle you today. - VANTEL
Haha he was apparently the loudest guy on the ice during the Jets training camp as well. Fit in with the group in Vegas (d**chey types) but it will be interesting to see if he wears out his welcome in the Peg as well (that group can be salty). |

Apparently players (Hamonic ) has to decide by Friday what he is doing this year. |

But I can with the season he had before that. With all things considered last season, it would be rash to simply give up on him over it. Need I remind you it was his sophomore season and he's what 21 now? Younger than the player everyone is penciling in as his replacement, Rathbone.
Rathbone has played but a few promising games. Hughes had a full incredible rookie season. How can people just jump to these conclusions?

Sounds like it's related to his daughter's health and he's contemplating sitting out/retirement.
Hope all is well with his family and he makes the best choice for himself and them |

Why? I've been paying attention to Green's camps/preseasons in the past. If I'm wrong, then he's changed. I will say I was wrong. Me voicing my opinion wont change anything. I mean, that's what this place is for.

With inflation going up steadily, people losing their jobs, and the economy tanking, nobody has patience for a couple self entitled kids with no concept of what’s transpiring in the financial world around them. |

This is exactly the point of people complaining about him. He has played half of his NHL career at a high level and the other half very flawed. He does not deserve 8-9 mil. He deserves a bridge deal around 6 mil .
As you pointed out the other day if Benning pays these players too much the fans would be complaining about something else. I would be one of those fans.
Sign him to a bridge deal like Dahlin and get the season going.

Exactly, we have a passive aggressive GM. Burkie would have told the agent to broker suitable deals elsewhere for those little f*cks.

They were better the season before so I guess that theory goes out the window.
If Benning approved that schedule, I can't imagine how bad the other choice was. NHL rigged it. Did you see the schedule Toronto got? They went a month and a half before they had their first back to back... they had multiple days off between games several times leading up to that point... Canucks could only get 1 practice in over a 8 day period to start it was so bad... in a season where the arenas had ZERO scheduling conflicts because there were no events. No cross border travel. How do they come up with a schedule like that without there being some kind of profit agenda?
It was marketing BS... they desperately needed Toronto to come out of that division for revenue. It failed. Toronto had best sched, Van the worse. It should never have been like that. Canucks suffered the most for their crooked poop. - boonerbuck
Excuse # 2, the schedule. |

Here's another procrastinating dipsh*t
Dhaliwal on Hamonic: Things I heard over the weekend is he is thinking about retirement, sitting out for the season or coming back. Everything is at play.
Thinks decision could be made soon. |
