'The lady' is Alison Lukan, who has been based in Columbus. She's well-known in the analytics community and has written for The Athletic, among other sites. She knows her stuff, but it does seem like she has been asked to hype things up as much as possible.

It might take them a bit of time to find the right balance between speaking to new fans vs. hockey die-hards.

What’s your take on Klim tonight? Lots of raw skill but too quick to get rid of the puck, made a few bad decisions, which is normal for a really young guy. Needs some development for sure.

That last bit is a great point, they are catering to new fans. Both were great points, actually.

Looks like he's AHL bound - I think the Q would be a step down for him. He' needs all around development but has the skills and talent for Abby.
