LA Kings get-Tkachuk
Ottawa gets-Turcotte,Fagemo and a 2nd 2022 Pick
I love Tkachuk but I don't think he's a guy you overpay for, I understand you have to give to get but this is what I would give. Kings and Ottawa probably have the 2 deepest prospect pools right now so a trade between them is there but not sure the Kings are looking for a forward right now as they have a ton coming in BUT I'm a stand up comic who's bored so there ya go! |

Van: B. Tkachuk, Ott 2nd Rd pick
Ott: B. Boeser, Van 5th Rd pick
Van needs someone with grit to grind the boards and protect Petey. He should also be cheaper for their salary structure.
Ott needs a talent upgrade and finisher. They get the better player at the cost of a slightly higher (expected) contract and a downgrade in draft picks.

I am not a huge fan of Eichel. Prefer the Sens pass on him.
But, if Sens are forced to deal Tkachuk the best deal for them and Buffalo is a straight up trade of Eichel for Tkachuk.
Both remain negotiable assets and both teams increase the possibility of finding a better second level solution to the impasse.
Sens are not going to take back any 3rd or 4th line player. They already have too many really good players in camp fighting for jobs.
If Sens do a deal it must be for a 1st or 2nd line centre. |

Im not an OTT or LA fan but change Fagemo for Brown.
Turcotte, Brown and a 2nd
Draft pick being to remove Brown’s salary. You’ll get a bottom 6 players but huge leadership upside with 2 cups experience. Furthermore you get that potential franchise #1C in Turcotte.
Still think that 2nd round could be too much |

Partly true.
But not nearly as ugly as the Leafs being fleeced by a top 3 that is incapable of winning when it matters.

Lol. Not at all actually. Just looking at who has the ability to absorb $8.5 or so onto their cap, who has Center assets as C along with some developed Defense assets seem to be OTT’s biggest needs. AND, ownership declared the rebuild complete so a deal around total futures would seem to go counter to that statement, so a deal around mostly ELC’s with experience seemed to fit those parameters. |

I think both Tkatchuk brother are the most overrated players in the league, that being said if your center piece is Morgan Frost you will be hearing a click immediately |

Couturier would fit with the Sens, he is one of the most responsible centres in the league. I doubt if there is anyone else on the Flyers roster that would be of interest to the Sens.
Sens are loaded with prospects. They are young, fast and very big. They have their #1 Dman on a long term deal.
They want either a #1 or #2 centre. This is one of the few times where the Sens might be looking to acquire someone with a proven NHL game. |

All major sports are a real waste of time I used to follow and try to learn about the game itself Now it is just all about how much money can they extract from ownership and the fans. People are really stupid. It is just like the government says no new taxes and they are going to tax the rich.. Let me tell you something The rich pass on all the increases to you the public and you pay higher prices for EVERYTHING. And you are clueless as to what they are doing. THINK ABOUT IT Dummies - broncohorvath
You’re not wrong. It’s just consumerism in the form of entertainment and escapism. I used to be one of those fans that spent maybe 10-12 hours a week watching games, 3-4 hours a week updating my daily fantasy line ups, another 2-3 hours combined reading news articles and Web pages about hockey, and then add in the amount of time I used to waste on HB, all the while working 44 a week.Do the math and what you have there is a very sad and unrewarding waste of time, and that’s all life is, time spent for yourself. What a waste. STepped away from the game being an active fan about about 6 years ago and what did I really miss out on? |
