It wouldn't surprise me with AV. He had a habit of playing his goalies into injuries and not being accountable. After twenty something starts and all the back to backs... a typical groin injury or worse would happen and he would say "Lu told me he was good to go, who am I to argue?". He passes the buck to the goalie he played past fatigue instead of managing his starts.

Agree. Allegations are nothing new but a bit of proof would have been nice. Especially these days with so much misinformation out there.
