UPL has had two absolutely awful games and Dell gave up a few easy goals.

The xGA shows this. It's actually encouraging that the defense is a lot better than it seems.

I was more so impressed that we're the fourth best in the league.

They’ve given up 13 total goals on 5.63 expected goals

If we had to measure this teams issues (and there’s all of them) it’s goaltending, then a country mile, then scoring, then defense.

The tape shows that UPL let in several bad goals, and some justified ones as well.

Score should have been 3-2 or 3-3 last night. I don't think the Sabres score any 'bad' goals last night like (frank)ing Voracek did.

I mean in the end, all three of Peterka, Weissbach and Quinn should stay as far away from the stench as possible.

However, I do understand why keeping Quinn and Peterka for the last game or two is beneficial from both an optics stand point and a long term benefit for both players development in a sense.

Weissbach gets to hit the ground running at Rochester camp right away and hopefully can be an impact player for us down there

I think there's some optics involved in keeping quinn and peterka together. Maybe avoid hard feelings among the 2 players as well.

I expected JJ to look better than Quinn, he’s shown better than Jack ever since they were drafted in their respective leagues and at the WJC.

What I didn’t expect is JJ looking better than Cozens, however Cozens also plays a much tougher position so context is important.

Peterka looks a like a player though. Excited to watch him over the course of the next several years.

I think cozensons has all.of those qualities.

I think he struggles scoring goals next season though.

He was a C when drafted, but never played it for more than a handful of games at the NHL level.

Dahlin has made some beautiful passes...to the other team but I'll wait until the regular season to see how he plays.
