depends on what you want to do, are you looking to get high or you want to try micro-dosing?

never tried the capsules, I guess it could be interesting since you don't have to deal with the taste lol... which website is it? I got my shrooms from ganja express, also in BC, and it only took half a gram to get a nice high

actually, for micro-dosing it would be a bit too much, I wouldn't be super high but I probably wouldn't want to go to work either after taking 300mg

huh, personally I would've went with 100mg, but I'm not familiar with the capsules so perhaps it's different. also it can vary a lot from one person to another, depending on your weight, age, tolerance levels, etc. so I always suggest to start with a very low dosage and then gradually take more if necessary.

and that makes a lot of sense about the ginger/turmeric for the upset stomach, not a bad idea at all.
