Next to Homer Simpson there's an argument for Ron Swanson being the best sitcom character ever |

It's essentially why I try and get everything meaningful for work done by about noon...I'm way too easily distracted by the bitterness |

I'm doing water distribution simulations right now, takes a while to get the results and I have to test a millions scenarios so I got time. |

I was surprised how much I enjoyed the show. Even came around on Amy Poehler and started to really appreciate her |

Yeah I watched the first couples of episodes and stopped for a while because she was too much in the first episodes I could not enjoy it. Then they turned down the crazy just enough for me to start enjoying her character a bit. |

I work for the city not a firm. I built the water-main model of the city that allows us to simulate how our network reacts in case of breaks or major fires ect..
We are planning big work on our city's main 18 inch water pipe and I have to do simulations to see what happens if we divert all the water to a 10 inch main parallel to it. |

i still haven't watched the last 1-2 seasons. can't remember where i stopped. but there was definitely a drop-off once it seemed like all the characters got married. like did Ron really need to get a wife and have a baby? |

Watched it this year and I gotta say I was positively surprised. I'm a big "The Office" fan so I was expecting something similar but not as good and I think sometimes it gets pretty damn close. |

See some episodes he's too much for me, sometimes they took the stupidity too far for men to enjoy. But great series overall |
