Reality is the Habs are gonna need some luck - either a few players are going to have to turn in career years or other teams are going to implode. And likely, they will need a little of both to occur.

Habs will be fighting for the 7/8 spot with 5-6 other teams... it is what it is.

Roster comparisons aside, we've seen them play 2 teams and they have looked average. Last years smoke and mirrors SC run was just that, I'm afraid this Season is going to be very long and frustrating.

sure looks like it could be a very tight race in the east, not many teams are "guaranteed locks" for the playoffs
