That would make sense as well.

Too much painkillers can also destroy your gut flora which creates tons of problems as well.

in the beginning yes but they're as bad as they've ever been with this stuff. remember Price's first big knee injury in 2015? he was basically day-to-day for 70 games. even in the final days of a season that saw them miss the playoffs by a mile there was still speculation about whether or not he would return for a few games.

Thought he looked more "easy going" and "carefree" at the beginning of his career. I've noticed a change in his behavior when fans started booing him at some point. I may be wrong but to me it seems like something changed in his head.

I only wish the best for him. AND that i am thankful he is brave enough to use his platform. It will help kids coming up thru the ranks and start a new dialogue (hopefully).

Mental health for sure. I think the last 2 years burned him out. Probably others too, but aren't saying anything.

Glad he is getting the help he needs. Mental health or any other reason.
