Brutal luck for the Habs. I expected Price to have a hip/knee injury before mental health issues, he always looked calm as a cucumber in net. That, said I'm not sure any market is as critically intense as Montreal, even Toronto. I wish Price well and hope he has a good path to recovery.

So many people who commit suicide are noted to be acting normal, even "happy" around their family and friends in the days and hours before their death. We don't know what the issue is, frankly, and it's none of our business unless Carey chooses to share it with the public when he's ready. If we're real fans, we should support his journey, wherever it takes, because a mentally healthy Price is one of the best goalies in the world, and more importantly, a good friend, husband, and father.
