I think she is disconnected from reality. She can support her husband without the Instagram beige-creme-montage inspirational stuff. And she should know that not everyone with mental problems can afford free help while still getting paid 10M per year.

Price is out, how long? Probably long enough to determine our chances of making the playoffs. MB will have to pull the trigger for a goaltender and it will cost us assets. This is a character building moment for the rest of the team. I think Weber should voluntarily and publicly offer the C to Gallagher. The youth, the team and organization is going to need leadership….and let’s all hope that Price finds the help and peace he deserves.

as I said before, I think Price needs to find some sort of "middle ground" for the the regular season, as playing the way he did in the playoffs for a whole season would be unsustainable.

Good is good. Bad is bad. Trying to put all Price's woes and all Vasilevski's accomplishments on their supporting casts is reductive and is both generous to Carey and unfair to Vasilevski.

The Lightning are a good team.

They also lost some good players this off season (their whole 3rd line, I believe).

Still probably the best team in the league, certainly top 3.

But I do not think the Lightning are good enough to carry Price (pun intended) - this year or last year - into the playoffs, just so he can maybe decide to play good hockey.

I think you highly undervalue the contribution Vasilevski makes for the Lightning and overvalue (fully healthy) Price's ability to replace him with minimal impact.

oh I'm not saying Price is better or even "as good", but they're definitely not worlds apart, and I don't see how that is reductive, it is what it is.

im not saying that Crosby can't get laid. the point is that being a handsome Yankee is more glamorous than being an ugly Penguin. and the Yankee will have women throwing themselves at him a lot more than the Penguin.

i would throw myself at Derek Jeter. i would not throw myself at Sidney Crosby.
