At Teck Cominco where I’m going to work again has rapid testing. Voluntary Mon Wed Fri that I use for peace of mind. Is rapid testing acceptable & reliable? - Nighthawk
I'm not super familiar with the rapid testing tbh. You are contagious 48 hours before you present your first symptom, so really, rapid testing, while efficient, is still not super great at preventing a workplace outbreak if proper protocols aren't being met by company+staff. |

I understand that but it’s better than ppl not knowing they are carriers whether ill or not. True? |

What about those that are asymptomatic? Do they ever become contagious? How long after initial infection does it take for an asymptomatic person to become infectious? |

You can be infectious while asymptomatic yes. Asymptomatic patients are far less contagious though than presymptomatic (first 48 hours before onset symptoms). It's so hard to determine the infectious period of an asymptomatic carrier because you generally aren't testing a asymptomatic covid19 positive case. |

Rapid tests are now mandatory, at least weekly, on the LNGC site.
By the end of November, vaccinations are a condition of employment. |

You say you love everyone even though we don't agree on everything, act like you don't want conflict, and then post stuff like this and shy away when confronted about it. It's a childish way to continue your rhetoric without having to answer any questions about your logic or reasoning.
For example:
What does their vaccination status have to do with them being on the COVID protocol list? - noisewater
Thier all vaxxed arn't they? If so, that's a fact, keep that in mind going forward. |

Yes I’ve heard that but tbh no interest in going to the LNG for many reasons. If I do it’ll be on my terms aka vacation when I feel like it not only on turnaround lol |

Standard stuff on all big new construction. Over the years they made it an art form that they continually improve on lol
Major reason I never spent a day at Rio Tinto. American invasive companies are the worst to work for. |

They better be heads up because they are going to get killed, said Lammikko, who broke into a smile and continued on. First, I am going to hit Crouse and then I’m going to hit Watson. And Roland is going to be (too nervous) to play against me…

One thing I notice is Finn F’s tend to be tough & don’t shy away from the greasy gritty side of hockey. The D are more hit & miss. |

Thanks for stating the obvious. Is there a point to your statement?
Vaccines help your immune system fight the virus, it's not a magic forcefield that prevents you from getting the virus.
So, yes, especially in the states where the pandemic is even worse than it is here, I will expect to see a lot of positive tests throughout the season.
I also expect that very few if anyone who tests positive will have any serious effects, symptoms, or lingering effects because almost all players and staff are vaccinated. |

Finally watched a few highlights of the preseason game against Edmonton, was curious why no one mentioned anything about our super-duper star defenseman over handling and getting way to cute with the puck.
I can see my foam brick will get heavily used again, this season.

Thank you Dr. Water. It's been gone over so many times now that you are stating the obvious.
