People talking about FA hiring Gillis. Do they forget these two are enemies? Gillis spent years spreading crap about FA after being let go.... and left FA with a tire fire that he has failed to put out this entire time. We can buy outright but I’ve seen an investment advisor & we need to decide how much we will invest being a 5yr variable term is 1.31% cheap money. Amortized over 10-20yrs depending on how much we invest determines how long we mortgage for. I have lots of RRSP headroom left & also $150k total for both our TFSA’s. Thinking on a $200-400k mortgage.
