JB's numerous amount of mistakes are no longer with the team.
No more excuses, the team has to perform this year. - VanHockeyGuy
I still see one or two mistakes still here.

Green's still the coach..... That's bigger than OJ and JV combined. |

With land borders set to open next month, I'll be driving to Mexico this year. Gonna take a month on the Baja then ferry across to Mazatlan. Don't worry I'll still pop in once in a while to say hi. |

Caught a sail fish last winter, was a lot of fun. Got inflatable paddle boards with a rod holder on them, gonna try the fly rod out there. |

You can catch Roosters from shore even. They like to school in on the edge of the surf in close. Only problem with the fly rod in that situation is that you have the wind blowing in your face most of the time.
Roosters do love to take a fly...

hahaha wow...
If you ever feel usless remember it took 20 years, trillions of dollars and four US Presidents to replace the Taliban with the Taliban.
On that note, in Canada it took around two months and 600 million in the middle of a 'pandemic' to replace a deceitful and corrupt government with a deceitful and corrupt government.
Food for thought for the day. |

I've watched a few guys standing waste deep in the water casting their fly rod into the surf. Always entertaining. A rod holder on a paddle board is a good way to strike up a conversation. |

Could be worse, they could have replaced that 'deceitful and corrupt' government with one that's racist and denies science for conspiracy theories and panders to the prairies. |

"We made the pick based on positional need over taking best available player"
He does go on to say why they made the pick with aging defenders on the roster and OJ had a pretty good year.
If it was Chychrun, Sergachev, McAvoy picked at 5oa no one would be complaining about picking positional need. - manvanfan
JB had his eye on OJ when I did not. I agree with you & rest my case. |

What is the point weight system for these things other than points? To me McDavid should be picked #1 in a hockey pool but with all those other things, does he even rank #1? - manvanfan
Do you really need to ask that? 😂 |

I wonder how many here wanted different players other than Boeser, Pettersson and if they bring that up nearly as much as Juolevi/Virtanen.

Other than Juolevi who most of us wanted Tkachuk instead (and most expected JB to pick him instead) I recall the board split between the sex offender and the afterthought in the 'Peg. |

Boeser wasn’t talked about much here pre-draft. I wanted Merkley (lol) but I liked Brock and he was my 2nd choice.
Pettersson draft was a debate. Vilardi and Glass were preferred by many, I wanted Glass |
