Thanks Carol! Too bad about Sutter, but what can you do when it doesnt hit until August (Maybe actually read the article Drifty). As for Hamonic, another tough one and i completely agree we ought to hold judgement |

Is this a rhetorical question?
Cheap, experienced 4th C that can PK...who got sick and is now on LTIR. - dbot
Didn't love it at the time, but reasonable hit for the experience/role, now on LTIR so no harm, no foul |

Boeser plays mostly on the left side for one timers. It's probably a better set up option for the left handed Horvat if he is in the bumper spot as well. Instead of Miller having to go across his body. - manvanfan
Absolutely hated the experiments they did with guys on their strong-sides, it really limits puck movement when you have to wait for it to go across the body. Ideally, I'd also have netfront be RH too, opposite of the LH bumper, for options on Boeser's side and body position on downlow plays |

Either way, you're going to find the net front be on someones off side. Just how the team plans on working the PP.
What the team needs on the power play is just better movement from the players.
Would be better just to have someone with better hands at the net to receive better, one touch better, better decision making. |

More interior work would create more 2nd chances I believe also. |

Any kind of movement in general would create more chances. No wonder Steaming falls asleep during games. Did Reuby ever mention where he bought his foam brick? |

Steaming might have a narcolepsy. I can't say I've ever heard him say where so you'd have to ask him.
Sadly so far this off season, even with a new coach things like pretty similar. Got to learn to play with freedom, within the structure. |

Of those four players, two have previously been confirmed as New Jersey Devils goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood, who has at least considered receiving the vaccine, and Detroit Red Wings forward Tyler Bertuzzi. While Montreal Canadiens forward Jesse Ylonen is also unvaccinated and veteran Vancouver Canucks defenseman Travis Hamonic has been speculated as such as well
Unvaccinated players in the NHL now. |

Really tough to not think Hamonic was looking for a pay check. I get his reasoning if in fact it's about his family and covid and not wanting to pass it on to his daughter with all the travel he does but man oh man then don't sign a contract to play hockey dude |

And stop a couple feet away when driving to the net without the puck rather than right at the net so that picks bounce past the players. So many opportunities lost in the pocket. |

Rangers can preach all they want about “culture”, yet they’ve firing franchise institutions, overpaying coaches to coach, overpaying guys to stay, overpaying guys to sign, and now a second top-10 pick requests a trade in less than two years WTF? |

Let's not judge. From the sounds of it, the situation is worse than you make it sounds with this post. |

Looks like we will see Pavel Dorofeyev in the lineup for the Knights tonight
DeBoer noted there are some “cap gymnastics” involved in that (he didn’t play an exhibition game w/ VGK)
Also said there’s a chance Coghlan plays forward tonight but he’ll also take some shifts on D
Game 1.

This is true. I think if you went through many teams in the same fashion that you would find a lot are similar. |

I think so as well. They have been going for it and going for it.
Glass and Hague only players to play for them. Glass is gone.
Krebs only other drafted player to play for them. If he does.
5 Drafts later. 2 players.

Finally real hockey again. Vegas will take a step back this year . They gave up too much character losing MAF and Reaves.
I write this as they score on their first shot of the year. |
