If #Isles do file Schneider/Bellows contracts today or tomorrow, neither needs waivers if they stay with the big club. Thought that they would need waivers because contracts were filed after rosters were set, but not so.

Schneider will be filed so he can travel tomorrow.

Lamoriello: Cory Schneider and Kieffer Bellows added to the #Isles roster, Jakub Skarek and Thomas Hickey sent to Bridgeport.

I really think Bellows is going to have a big year for Isles as soon as he gets his shot.

100%. Even then I think there’s a high, probable, chance Komarov comes in before he plays. Even if he does if he so much as looks at someone the wrong way trotz will throw Komarov in there instead of him. Kid doesn’t have much of a chance with this team.

Fire Barry Can Lou now!

Now everybody knows why Lou wasn't announcing contracts all summer until he wanted to. He played the system to a tee. He was able to keep Bellows away from waivers while also being able to protect Leo & Hickey to max out the LTIR relief. Facking brilliant if you ask me

Nope. Staple was throwing out a bunch of horse poop associated with it. None of it being right. That’s ok nobody was right including myself
