(frank). DeBrincat hurt - pdx2ord
Clean hit, just hard & awkward. Hope he's okay.
He's back. |

Murph, do that a couple more times. - I Am The Breadman
I love that Murphy scored the goal, and of all people, Entwistle and McCabe were in front of the net. |

If Kadri could ever get his head out of his ass, he would be an amazing hockey player. |

Next game, try Borgy at center on Kane's line. Put Little Johnson on Dach's line. |

Lost this game in the 1st 5 minutes. A common issue last season, too. |

The Good - The penalty killing looked good
The Bad. - Too many defensive breakdowns
The Ugly. - The first period. One team came to play, unfortunately it wasn’t the Hawks. |

100%. Came out flat and got it taken to them. Didn’t expect a win but didn’t expect to get run out of the rink before 1st tv timeout.
Hopefully they come out with no injuries to dach or debrincat. |

Pp had some good looks.
Veterans need to lead by example. Far too many were floating and not engaged for long stretches tonight.
I’m not buying Colorado with kuemper in net. When they’ll need him he’s going to wilt. |

Hawks played better the last two periods on the road. I still say Dach played a good game, hustling, back checking, just couldn’t bury one. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Strome in next game. |

Shaw on the post game with Boyle and Fraser
Maybe, throughout the season, he'll help explain JC's approach to us |

Johnson went -3 and found himself on the 4th line. - scottak
Maybe that's where he belongs then. I don't remember him even touching the puck more than once or twice....and that's playing with Kane and ADB.
Bad night for TJ but he wasn't alone. DeHAAN and Murphy really slow all night.
