It's almost like it's actually a mix of what you guys are saying.. There's no absolutes when it comes to straight QB play.

Talking Rodgers, I'm very confident in saying the Packers miss the playoffs more then not without him. But he was also the reason they won the super bowl the year that they did (yes his defense was good, but getting up on teams early and letting the defense pin it's ears back and get after every QB they played that year in the playoffs really helped).

As not a fan of the Bills (sort of, I do like them as my AFC team if allowed) Allen is top 5/6 pending on how you wanna slice it. Most of the time, those guys can be argued in any order. I adopted a dynasty team last year simply because it had Allen, otherwise I would have said no. So there's that.
