I have zero interest watching this team get manhandled in 99% of the games they play.

I am not sure ill make it through the opener tomorrow.

The Bills are a great team and the Sabres are a joke and spending time and money on them is not something I'm going to do.

Sabres were 9-11-2 in their last 22. The team has changed a lot so I don't know if that will translate. But at the very least, those games were watchable.

Girgensons consistently brings a willingness to engage physically along with a non-stop motor.

Girgensons always shows well in preseason and early on does good then, like his buddy Larsson did, takes a steamy one on ice after Thanksgiving. No way no how should he be on this team after a 10 year developmental program the only one of its kind in the NHL. He can stay in Latvia where he obviously has more passion to play than Buffalo. I will dance the day this turd is finally gone.

They should have let him walk rather than grossly overpay him but I don't question his desire. He will spin and fall while missing a check and completely blow a scoring chance but he tries. He was also drafted during Obama's first term so he probably deserves a letter just for sticking with this nonsense for damn near a decade

A defense featuring Andrej Meszaros, Andre Benoit and Tyson Strachan and his no-goal, minus-30 season? Remember Murray trading goalies like Jhonas Enroth and Michal Neuvirth because they were winning too much? Or his 2015 deadline work when he traded Neuvirth, his best forward (Chris Stewart), best shootout player (Brian Flynn) and best penalty killer (Torrey Mitchell) all on the same trip to Tampa?

I'd contest that one is employing bad veterans and one is using young players as the primary core of the roster. Both, however, will lead to the same result.
