Good thing Peyton Manning had one of the best QB seasons of all time to lose to the Seahawks by 35 points in the SB to a merely efficient Wilson.

Funny how the Seahawks have a sub 500 playoff record since the Legion of Boom became the Legion of Gloom and Wilson went to efficient to top 5 QB, I’m confused 🤔

Then in 2015, Cam Newton’s Panthers went 15-1 and were the best thing since sliced bread. Von Miller ended his career as he knew it that day.

But yeah, having a top 5 QB is what matters obviously.

Aaron Rodgers and his many SB rings the last 5 years can attest to that.

Who could forget Jim Kelly beating the Giants in the Super Bowl ? Oh yeah the #1 defence won that day too. Darn special teams that don’t matter

As an encore to Paul Walker, Dirty Dan and Sbroads are going to tell us there favourite Dale Earnhardt jokes.

As it is humorous to make fun of peoples deaths via car accidents.

You only live once Pach, I’m sure a lot of good karma is heading Squirrely Dan’s way.

A wise poster once said you don’t need elite QB play to win in the NFL, you need efficient QB play as long as you have a strong ground game and an elite defence.

Buffalo is a top 5 rushing attack, and have the #1 run defence. Josh isn’t a top 5 QB so far this year

4-1 record this year.

I like your amateur scouting reports for the young nhl players and some Sabres takes. Respect your opinion.

Tom Brady was essentially Teddy Bridgewater for 4 of his 7 Super Bowls. Unless you’re going to try to tell me he was elite in the early 2000’s and 2018 ?

In Brady’s elite passing seasons, he lost to Eli twice, the ghost of Peytons past, Mark Sanchez, and Nick Foles, because Bill B uncharacteristically couldn’t stop anybody that year.

Ask SDSabre though how it feels to watch the best QB this century in Aaron Rodgers not win a SB for over a decade. He even watched Goroppolo beat him throwing for 80 something yards.

Tom Brady is unquestionably the best qb of all time.
Bill bellicheat is unquestionably the best coach of all time

Trent Dilfer 2000 - *11* games 1,512 yards, 12 TD’s 11picks 59% completion %

Tom Brady 2020 - 4,600 yards 40TD’s 12 INTS 66% completion %

Samesies

You pretend like these two teams above are the same thing and both won solely because of the defense

Team sport.

Brady and Manning each have one ring without a top 8 scoring defence.

That is the point I’m trying to make for almost 3 years now.

The Bills are an early SB favourite because they have the best 53 man roster. Except Sbroads and the rest of the Just for Laughs Gang are going to continue to lose their minds because you can argue that 7 or 8 QB’s are having a better season than Allan to date.

Big Ben’s first SB, Wilson’s SB, 4 out of Brady’s 7, one of Peyton’s, Elway’s last one were all won without top 10 QB play in their respective seasons

Bradshaw was elite for how many of his ? Griese won his SB with 77 yards passing.

How many top 5 defences were on those teams ?

Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, Dan Fouts, Matt Ryan, and Phillip Rivers finished with none.

Eli being a HOF QB because he got carried to two SB’s I guess makes sense if Allen is the MVP favourite because of the defence Brandon Beane built.

0 people disagree with this. 0. None of us.

We’ve literally all agreed you need the best all around team to win.

What you refuse to concede is that it’s QB play that is 10x more important than anything else in the sport despite all the evidence in the world slapping you across the face.

The final 4 last year

Mahomes
Allen
Rodgers
Brady

The best QB with the best team won it all

Not Teddy (frank)ing Bridgewater

One argument you can make is Dan Marino. Great thrower, considered a top QB of all time but he never had the rest of the horses to win a Superbowl.

Allen is in the top 5 QB's this year and if polled he would be taken as most people's QB for their team or in the top 2 or 3.
