I don't believe it. If it was close they would keep working on it. It wouldn't just fall apart. Both teams would have to have the frame work done for it to be considered close, both teams would what each team needs and won't give up.

Look how good Stafford looks surrounded by an NFL roster.

Each of those QB’s would have SB’s in the AFC East over that time frame

Eichel for a '23 -2nd, with:
• If Eichel meets condition 1; it becomes a '22-1st. [E.g. Successful surgery, clearance to begin training w/in 8 weeks]
• If Eichel meets condition 2; add '23-1st [E.g. Cleared to return to play by Feb 28th]
• If Eichel meets condition 3; Sabres get their 1st choice of 2 Highly rated prospects [E.g. X games played, Prospects 1 & 2 identified E.g. MacTavish / Zegras]
• If Eichel meets condition 4; Sabres get the 2nd of those 2 highly rated prospects [E.g. Eichel plays 18+ ATOI ]

Selfishly, I would like to see them trade with the Flames. Living in B.C., I watch a lot of Canucks, Oilers and Flames games so it would be great to see Eichel line up against McDavid and Peterssen 6X per year each.

Ryan = Eli = Flacco is 100% accurate, IMO. 3 of the goodest QBs of all time. Ryan would have at least 1 SB if Atlanta had ever given him a good defense.
