Way I understood it was yes they loved the job, yes they loved the people, no they didn't like the time change, didn't think they deserved the hour cut (ranked 17th hockey(?) show in America), yes they wanted to try something new and so they left on their own terms because of PSE's cut.

I mean they were pretty up front about why they left. And they made it clear that it wasn't about money, but they did get a pay cut. They didn't need to mention that.

Yeah, you know, I listened on Friday night and I was genuinely happy to hear them back on the 'radio'. I'm glad we can get a more uncensored version of the show, they can get whatever guests they want.

I think they said their peace. What good would it do to further blast them? They expressed their displeasure in how PSE handled their show, but they also loved the people behind the show. I don't think they'll mind taking shots at the owners if the owners do something that deserves it. Which, usually when they open their mouths, deserve it.

Should there be a 1% flex to go over-the-limit in emergency call-up situations? And a limit of uses per season, such as once per month?

The way I understand is Toronto had a starting goalie get injured, then a defenseman fall ill and could have called up a goalie but would have had to play with a short bench...

A 1% flex would allow for about 850k in extra cap space, per year, to call up a player in emergency situations.
