If crazy man Lehner is still pissed at Buffalo doctors for the handling of his ankle and I thought I'd never take his side but Sabres doctors must have really screwed the pooch for him to keep talking sh*t all these years later.

And that was an ankle. I don't care how many surgeons the one guy has taught around the world.

This is now 2 big stories around buffalos medical team in the last 5 years.

Forget all this nonsense between him and the Sabres. He's already not in game shape. He would need the surgery, recovery time, etc., and then get to game speed. Does USA Hockey want to put a guy in that condition out there if it seriously wants to contend for gold?

Fair enough. I personally don't want to see Eichel on this team ever again other than if he had to play a couple games following surgery to prove he's healthy.

The Jack Eichel era was a total failure - certainly not entirely or even mostly because of him - but it was a failure nonetheless. It's time for him to go

Yes, I think his value and the Sabres future is very reliant on the eichel return.

I'm mad at him, he's a crybaby.

But, top 5 centers do not grow on trees.
We actually have a good mix of young talent.

I like the sabres effort and simple/straight forward style but we really got lucky last night. Vancouver had more and better missed opportunities. A 5-2 score doesn’t really paint a good picture of how close of a game it was.

With His talent yes you take him. Basically he would have the surgery then go to Ann Arbor and practice with them until they had to make a final decision. figure its at least a 2 month till he can practice so the clock may be over.

Ive sold all of my Canadiens teams except Edmonton so far so they are still coming, I think they are still coming up for multiple days to shop and stuff so its nto a total waste.

Asking around a bit on Evan Engram, and my impression from conversations around the league is that the #Giants may struggle to move him. Few competing teams really need a TE right now, and the #Cardinals' trade for Zach Ertz took a major suitor.
