Gotta ask. Is this years team better because of Donnie or that someone finally realized the core of this team was indeed rotten.
If this was done last year and Ralph was coaching this group would there be any difference. I think Ralph would still be the coach and Skinner would still be relaxing in the dog house

I don't think that is true, because I still think some of this group would not be playing. And it's not just the players, it's the pace there playing at. Most games under Ralph they were dogging it by the 3rd cause they weren't in good enough shape.

Think all the damn pop up adds going on here he could afford to have this site not sh!t the bed every 20 minutes.

The funny thing about it is that he got his assist (coughing) but I don't think his plus minus changed as he hustled to the bench

That was a totally different group though. What I’m trying to say I guess is Ralph starting off with this group this year would be far better off. He had way too many vets bucking him. The best thing that happened for Donnie is this rebuild and getting rid of the old core. I think it would be easier to light a fire under the a$$ of the up and comers with something to prove. They play hard for any coach as their career is also on the line.

Kinda weird that they talked about Evander Kane for over 20 mins and not much about the NHL generally. I never watched on TV only listened at work... is it just me or does PEtey seem to have a very weird like... darkness about him? Seems like he is mentally in pain sitting there. Nice tho i guess to see someone not being phony.

Yeah that was bantered about over the summer. Tkachuk to St. Louis… I forgot the frame work though.

End of the day. I want a top c prospect, 22 1st to start…. Two decent pieces, cap as needed.
