Two questions: When does the Bergy countdown begin (what is his tragic number specifically?)
Has there ever been NHL trolling as masterful as what the Canes are doing to the Habs? - winsix
The whole Bergevin contract situation is weird but if Molson was already hesitating, I'm guessing Bergevin could be canned after game 15 or so. Of course in that hypothetical scenario, the Habs find a way to win a game here and there and not lose 15 straight. 4 more losses in a row and it's full on panic move bring Patrick Roy mode imo.
The Canes social media guys are incredible. Real good job of bringing a team no one talks about into the spotlight using Montreal.
I mean sure, they are leeches, parasites and I wish them nothing but misery, but a great job nonetheless.

Patrick Roy as the GM might be the play if the Habs continue to struggle, it completely changes the narrative and shifts the focus which might be what they want.
Canes social media folks do what they are paid to do pretty well, keep the Canes relevant but some of their stuff is a bit much for me. I do understand that's the 'hockey purist / traditionalist' in me and they are trying to appeal to new fans or potential fans and not crusty old bastards who already love the game and watch it religiously.

I think they will. Get to finals and lose Price and Weber and end up drafting a possible top 3? Sure why not? He got them to the finals. How is that not rewarded?

They're annoying, but I completely respect how well they are doing it.
The whole "didthehabslose" website where you could buy a KK or Aho jersey was insane.

Just found out my wife is pregnant…..this is a big oopsy. Not planned at all..

Congrats!? My youngest brother is 13 years younger than me, 2 sisters inbetween us....he was definitely not planned.
My friend's parents had the same thing happen but 20 years apart - their youngest son totally knows and has fully embraced his nickname before he was old enough to understand what it meant (all their kids have nicknames).

Watched it at home on the projector screen on HBO Max with beers and snacks, great movie!
Even though the movie was long it left me wanting more and then bummed out with the realization it will take at least a year for a part two. Apparently the movie is only based on half of the 1st book.
for you ....babies are hard work. But, at least the 2 year old will now have a pal.
