well i can tell you from decades of experience that a nice strong ipa goes well with bacon.

i feel like breakfast sausage is going to pair more nicely with a porter or a stout (perhaps a nice founders breakfast stout)

spotted lantern flies are the worst crime where i live. one flew right in my car and slapped me in the arm last week! settled on my lap. you're supposed to kill them and i was driving so i grabbed a plastic (wawa) bag and crushed him.
