I’m worried. But there’s no way that they forgot how to hockey in the off-season. As for losing Hyman we played great during his injuries, which were plentiful.
- shack67

Matthews #’s all up when he played with Hyman. He’s not the end all to be all but I think we’ll miss a little.

Ritchie certainly doesn’t look like he’s going to be anything close to a Hyman.

Maybe Bunting but…..maybe not.

The bullet went through the woman who died and hit the second person.

That’s what I thought. Grazed the director and killed the other. As my buddy explained, they all kind of crowd along the same line to get the camera shot which would be aligned with the gun shot.

Change of or additional topic fo ya: I was talking to my buddy who’s a stunt man/stunt coordinator about the shooting on the Alec Baldwin set. He’s had plenty of guns pointed and fired at him so he knows the protocols. Typically, in top of the line productions, ETF guys are hired to be on the set whenever guns are going to be used. When the gun(s) are going to be shot, the armorer hands it to the ETF person who empties all the ammo and checks to make sure none of it is live and only then does it get handed to the actor. This is expensive but he said it’s been done on all the movies he’s been on. Baldwin was the producer of this movie and it was apparently low budget.
- Canada Cup

I have read ( so take with a grain of salt) that the day of the shooting, the crew had walked off the set due to unsafe working conditions, and it was a replacement crew (non-unionized).

So far Ritchie doesn’t even look like an NHL player.

I read that also. To be honest I didn’t know that they would have any live rounds on a movie set at all. If they do it would seem that an accident is inevitable.

I also read that the person behind the camera is most at risk because some scenes have guns pointed and fired directly into it for effect.

conspiracy game😍

baldwin(as a producer/actor):

1.pooned the cinematographer

2. blew all of his production $ on the cinematography

3. doesn’t know how to handle a gun

4. is a pretty good shot but not good enough to get both of his lovers

5.poopty tech advisor

6. is a pretty good shot but not good enough to get both his blackmailer and ze’s confidant

7. doesn’t know anything about guns beyond ze’s acting experience

You would think but the fact that proper productions at least in Canada have ETF check each gun means that they treat it as a possibility. If they follow protocols it should never happen

Seems like it’s on Baldwin for cutting corners on safety. He hired a 24 year kid who had never done the job before for the gun safety gig and didn’t have the cops there for technical backup. It was a low budget movie that saved money on the wrong things

I initially had great sympathy for him, but now I am reserving judgement.

Kerfoot-AM-Nylander
Bunting-JT-Marner
Ritchie-Kampf-Kase
4th line

Kerfoot is a good player, 500K overpaid but he is a 3M player being used as a 1.5M player right now.

That top line is 3 pretty consistent players.

The 2nd line hasn't been tried yet but could work.

Kampf/Kase are going to do there thing regardless of who plays with them.

Might want to adjust that up a tad.

I started watching during the Ballard years, that's why I know this ain't bad.

We could use a Zezel. Also a Danny Markov and Yuskevich would come in handy. A Russian cyborg animal type. There's still time.

pencil neck female dog marner shouldn’t be on the pk🤦‍♂️

nor should greedy willi🤦🏿‍♂️

the laffs need them to save their energy for their one dimensional games👍

especially at those prices in this economy🤦🏿‍♂️

Well, from the last two games it appears that way. But I'm hoping they're mad enough from last night to turn the corner.

I used to occasionally have lunch at a bar/restaurant where Markov had been a regular.

They had stories.

They were not good stories.

big Richard female dogie shouldn’t have been seen as a replacement for hyman

i don’t know who’s thinking that. maybe loaf management?

I’m excited about him (still) because, given the proper guidance by a coach, he could maximize his potential by standing in front of the net all of the time and going all waterboy when the team needs him to

they need more guys like zim

dubass should’ve kept hyman and sold greedy female dog maricon long ago if he was serious about winning a championship

maybe greedy willi as well

defense wins championships

history is defined by conquest

They need to either trade or use Kerfoot.

3.5M with some offence in a defensive role with 0 PP time is useless.

- Santo_44

Just delete the "use" part. I don't know why we keep wasting time on him.
