Personally I just don't think Highmore cuts it as a 3rd liner, especially to play with Petey. I would prefer Bailey in that spot.

Highmore had some chemistry late last season with Miller.

Podz is more playmaker than scorer, having him dig down low and feeding Petey and Boeser would make much more sense.

looks like the Blues and the Blackhawks are dealing with a bit of outbreak within their organizations.

Saad and Oreilly out tonight. Toews (again) and Borgstrom also out

Also looks like the Blackhawks are going to release the findings of that investigation, with immediate dismissals(firings) and resignations upcoming from parts of management

The Blackhawks briefing has concluded.

To recap, Stan Bowman is out as GM. Kyle Davidson is interim GM.

No member of the team's mgmt staff around in 2010 is with the club moving forward. This includes Al MacIsaac.

I don't think this is accurate. A big component of his offensive game is driving the net with the puck and capitalizing on rebounds.

Looks like Florida coach quenville and jets GM chevaldeyoff could be in the hot seat for lying about their knowledge of the incidents. Private investigators determined they attended meetings in 2010 despite telling the media they had no knowledge of the allegations

I like Bailey's game, simple but effective

Heads will continue to roll. I hope every one involved in the cover-up are exposed and lose their jobs. Disgusting.

Florida losing Coach Q would be pretty rough for them. Winnipeg losing Chevy would be good for Winnipeg

All depends on their involvement

Here's hoping they have to face some sort of repercussions for what they did.

OK!

Looks like we're all set for the home opener, with Podkolzin back in, Petey down the lineup, Bailey recalled and Chiasson possibly scratched. I think that ticks quite a few of your boxes?

Here's the new blog:

The entire 2010 Blackhawks management staff will no longer be involved in hockey for the Blackhawks moving forward.

The only remaining personnel involved in those meetings would be quenville and cheveldayoff. They should resign given the investigation, their participation, and their lying to the media

They should be fired immediately. Absolutely disgusting behavior by all involved.

So Chevy and Quenville will be next, otherwise the optics will not be good or consistent for the league.
